A blood knife is made of bloodstone. Bloodstone seeks and absorbs blood, one of the things it does it extend tendrils upon contact with a warm body. When a blood knife is used the knife will extend tendrils into the body of the victim. Each round it does 2D damage to the victim max of 10d6, to remove the knife requires an agility or strength feat roll, when doing this it does as much damage to the victim as has been caused in total by the tendrils since it has been inserted into the victim’s body.
